In general, the skylights made in the spaces opened in order to receive light from the roof or to provide ventilation are formed by aluminum profiles placed on steel carriers and transparent or opaque glasses. Aluminum profiles, special skylight profiles with condensate channels are used. The steel + aluminum profiles used are determined as a result of the static calculation made according to the wind and snow loads. Opening wings can be added to the skylights upon request. The use of heat and light-controlled glass in skylight glasses is important in terms of minimizing energy consumption.
